I’ve come up with my own morning vegetable blender mix that I love. It meets my nutritional needs and its easy. I grab my foods, blend it up, and I have a drink loaded with the best nutrients to start my day.
Anyone can play around with the vegetables they use, but I use the following:
– 1 teaspoon of almond butter (healthy fats!)
– Small handful of blueberries
– A cup of spinach
– A half cup of kale
– A handful of chopped carrots
– Half of a banana
– A dash of ginger
– 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
I can’t recommend this enough. I can get this done in 5 minutes and I clean the blender right after. Very nutritious way to start the day!
