Why would I gain weight only 4 months after gastric bypass?

by Bridget

I am 4 and a half months out post-op from gastric bypass surgery. I had really speedy weight loss at first (90 pounds in 3 and a half months).

Now, all of a sudden, I have gained 7 pounds in a week and it will not come off… any suggestions?

There are actually people who had undergone many difficulties while and even after having a bypass surgery. So it would have been much better if you are able to know much more on such things so that you can prepare yourself when needed. here

Hi. First of all, congrats on such a huge weight loss! I can't imagine anybody losing so much in such a short time. I guess my advice would be 1) revel in the fact that you've lost so much so quickly, and 2) assess whether anything has changed in what you're doing.
