Hi Jackie,

If you had your surgery done laparoscopically, then you can do anything you want at 2 weeks, meaning no restrictions.

So, running, biking, swimming, lifting weights, etc. are all okay after 2 weeks.If you had open surgery, you should wait about 2 months before lifting weights.Good luck and congrats on the start of your new life!
